4000 Group – Laboratory Series

4120 Laminate Series
Provides science and laboratory cabinetry produced with high pressure laminate exterior surfacing.  This series represents a higher level of construction and durability than standard laminate types on the market today.  Product offerings are expanded specific to laboratory applications and Stevens Advantage has been tested and certified against SEFA (Scientific Equipment Furnishings Association) SEFA 8 structural standards.  Premium grade hardware and stainless steel options are available for hardware selections.  If you desire a laminate laboratory grade design, Stevens Advantage 4120 provides the offering, of tested products and experience for your laboratory application.

4200 A-tech Contempo Series
This series has selected embossed solid colors and woodgrains that can be
applied as solid color cabinet bodies with matching or woodgrain pattern fronts, or the opposite woodgrain cabinet bodies and solid color doors.  4200 has the advantage of both faces of the major components with Stevens A-tech surfacing.  Unlike laminate faces which are glued subject to delamination A-tech is thermofused to the core structure (no delamination).  It provides a homogenous moisture resistant surface that has been tested and certified against SEFA 8W chemical finish testing and demonstrates performance superior to typical wood finishes on the market.  The 4200 series has also been tested to SEFA 8, 9, and 10 structural performance standards for performance and durability.  The edging on cabinet components of 4200 is a 3mm solid extrusion.  This 3mm extrusion edge has a higher resistance than typical thinner flat designs as well as solid wood edgings that dent and splinter.  Premium grade and stainless steel options are available as hardware selections.  4200 with its A-tech surfacing provides cabinetry a standard well above laminate and has features that out perform traditional wood cabinetry.  Pricing is a competitive advantage to both laminate and wood.

4400 A-tech Classic Series
This series offers a selected grouping of embossed woodgrain designs.  The A-tech woodgrain designs are surfaced on both faces of the cabinet components.  A-tech surfacing thermofused to thesurface guarantees against delamination.  Its homogenous moisture resistant embossed woodgrain surfaces has been tested and certified against SEFA 8W chemical finish testing and demonstrates performance superior to typical wood finishes on the market.  Matching edges are 3mm solid extrusions with higher performance compared to thinner flat designs as well as solid wood edges that dent and splinter.  Meeting SEFA 8, 9, and 10 structural standards verifies 4400 series performance and durability.  Premium grade hardware and stainless steel options are available as hardware selections.  4400 A-tech with its advanced surfacing in embossed classic woodgrain patterns provides laboratory grade cabinetry a standard well above laminate and features that out performs traditional wood cabinets.  Pricing is a competitive advantage to both laminate and wood.

4600 A-tech V Series
This design gives the Stevens Advantage of embossed solid color and woodgrain A-tech surfaced cabinet body components, but also adds wood veneer fronts for the customer who prefers a traditional wood front.  4600 combines the advantage of high performance A-tech surfacing on the cabinet with 3mm extrusion edging.  Fronts have 3mm (1/8”)  hardwood edge doors with “A” grade plain sliced bookmatched veneers.  This combination of premium hardware with stainless steel options provides transitional cabinetry with the latest A-tech materials and traditional wood veneers.  Wood finishes have been tested and certified to SEFA 8W chemical finish testing.  SEFA 8, 9, and 10 structural standards also verifies cabinetry performance and durability.  4600 A-tech Contempo V is competitively priced higher than laminate and the A-tech series, but is a great solution when compared to all wood cabinetry.

4700 Wood Series
Stevens Advantage 4700 is an all plywood veneer wood cabinet design.  4700 is designed to compete with other typical wood design products for science and laboratory environments.  Stevens Advantage designs incorporates wider frame structures and superior joinery.  Veneer faced components are individually flat line finished with UV cured stain, seal, and top coatings.  Surface finishes have been tested and certified against SEFA 8W chemical testing standards.  4700 series has cabinet internal components all in same species and are fully finished with the same high quality finishes as the exterior faces.  Structural standards of SEFA 8, 9, and 10 test series are met and certified.  Premium grade hardware and stainless steel options are available for hardware selections.  Science and laboratory cabinetry in the tradition of wood finished veneer for the classic setting is the correct choice and application of Stevens Advantage 4700 series.  Highest quality and superior performance with competitive pricing to this market level are your benefits of choosing Stevens Advantage 4700 series.
